Community
The community is a space for peer-to-peer guidance and long-term support. More than a ‘network’, it’s a deep-rooted mycelium of people working from qualities of love and care.
Our fellows stay connected well beyond the 8 months of the core programme - we continue to support them through events, gatherings and continuous learning and collaboration opportunities.
Although the programme is facilitated online, Fellows are offered opportunities to meet at in-person events.
These are some of the people that make up our amazing community of Fellows.

Home Circles
As well as sharing The Journey with all fellows, you’ll be connected to a smaller group…
Meet your Home Circle at milestones through the programme. Share hopes, dreams, strategies and challenges in your work and life. Foster accountability. Help each other take next steps.
Carefully designed with the wider programme and community in mind, your Home Circle will be a diverse group with different perspectives and circumstances to support and provide peer-led learning to one-another.
“One of my biggest learnings is the importance of community, a sangha of like purposed people, trusting in emergence.”
Stefan Faatz-Ferstl, Austria, 2021 Fellow
